Wish to return a product?

Relaxo’s returns policy of 30 days

We want you to be completely at peace when you buy any product from Relaxo. We allow you to return all kinds of items apart from socks, deodorants, free items and perfumes within a time frame of 30 days from the day of receipt. You’ll get a full refund for the purchased item. This comprises of the items bought on sale. This refund amount shall be credited into your (Relaxo E-cash) account as ‘cash back’.

  • All items that you wish to return must be in the original condition and should be unused with all the original tags as well as the packaging intact (like- If you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box).
  • Be careful about packing the items safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all the self-shipped product returns, we would recommend you to use a courier service that is reliable.

1.    How do I go about returning the product to Relaxo?

      Step 1: You may return a purchased product from Relaxo within a time frame of 30 days starting from the day of delivery, simply by navigating to relaxo/returns-

  • You may select the product you want returned, and also give the reason.
  • As this process ends, you shall be shown your return number. Also, your full refund amount that is credited to the Relaxo cash back account as soon as the returned product reaches us.
  • Your product must adhere to Relaxo’s returns policy to enable us to process the return request that you have made.

    Kindly note your number of return request for any future reference.

    If you encounter any problem in creating an online return request, do contact Relaxo’s customer support.

    Step 2: Kindly fill the form for returns request that is shipped to you with the original order. Also, while you create a return request, you may download your form’s printable version from the returns self-service wizard, or you can do it from Relaxo’s ‘returns’ section. Just as you place your request, the form would become available. It would already be filled with the details of your request for return. This would help us in processing your returns much faster.

   Step 3: Place the form along with the item(s) that you want to return inside a securely sealed bag. Inscribe the return no. and the return address upon the package.


2.     Can I also return products that I’m not completely satisfied with?

   To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for you with Relaxo, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible and that too, in a transparent manner. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and an unused condition. A return request can be placed either through my relaxo or customer care, within a time frame of 30 days after you have received your product.

3.      What all is it possible to return?

   You may return the ordered products within a time frame of 30 days upon delivery. Returned products should be unwashed and unused, and also, having all the original tags and packaging that the product/s was shipped with.

   If you want Relaxo’s quality team to accept your returns, do make sure that you take sufficient steps to ensure that the product trial has no affect whatsoever upon the product’s original condition. So, we’ll recommend you to try the footwear on clean surfaces (preferably carpeted).

5.      How long does it take for the whole returns process?

    It could take 14 days (approximately) for Relaxo to receive the product you returned, depending on the location you live in and also courier service that you use. On reception, we shall process and inspect it within the next 48 hours to make sure that you get your refund quickly.

To keep you up to date, an email will be sent to you to confirm our action. This shall happen upon our confidence about the goods being in the original condition as well as when your refund has been allocated back to your credits.

6.      Will you charge me for returning the products?

   The cost of sending back the pair for return or exchange will be bear by you however, the cost of sending back the exchanged pair will be bear by Relaxo.

7.      How will you refund me for my return?

   After successful processing, entire refund amount, that is, price of the item will be allocated to your account. You can use the same credit on your subsequent Relaxo purchases.

8.  Can I exchange my product?

   If you have ordered a size too small or too big. We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on

9. Relaxo warranty period ?

   Relaxo is a leading footwear company in India. All Relaxo shoes are manufactured with utmost care and stringent quality control is maintained. However, despite this high quality assurance there can be an odd defective pair among the millions we manufacture and sell. In such cases we stand by our quality policy and cover all such products by our uniform warranty prescribed in chart below:

1. Claims are admissible only against genuine manufacturing defects arising due to normal usage of product.

2. All claims to be supported with invoice. No claim shall be entertained without invoice.

3. Minor defects shall be repaired and the shoes will be returned to customer.

4. Liability restricted to replacement of goods only. 


I got a damaged item!

   This is a rare instance. In case this does happen, you are free to return us your product and we shall refund your amount, into your Relaxo cash back account. You may send us product’s images at ( and we’ll get back to you. You may return a product, for which the refund will be credited to your account, and then, a new order can be placed. We do not replace products, we give refunds only.
